In August 2019, Eco3 LLC was granted the status of a resident of the Special Economic Zone in the Kaliningrad region. Due to this status, the company has the following preferences:

• during the first 6 years of the project implementation – 0% profit tax and property tax;
• 7 to 12 years of the project implementation – 10% profit tax, 1.1% property tax;
• 5 years – 0% land tax from the moment of the ownership of land plots;
• until 2025 – 7.6% social contributions at the payroll when creating new jobs;
• 0% – utilization fee for imported equipment under 3 years of age;
• 0% – customs duty on import of components and raw materials, 0% – import VAT;
• shortened terms of state expert review – 45 days for environmental impact assessment and project documentation.
